Terms of Service
1. Service
SomeTech Studio is a web application that helps creators and small teams plan short-form content, manage assets and approvals, prepare captions and platform settings, and export finished content through authorized platform integrations.
2. User authorization
Users must connect their own TikTok account through TikTok OAuth before the service can access account information or submit content. We do not ask users to share TikTok passwords. Users may revoke authorization through TikTok or by contacting support.
3. Content responsibility
Users are responsible for all videos, captions, metadata, and publication settings they submit. Users must have the rights required to publish their content and must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not use the service to publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or automated spam content. We may suspend access if we believe the service is being used in a way that creates security, legal, or platform policy risk.
5. Availability
Publishing depends on TikTok's API availability, account permissions, review status, rate limits, and the validity of user authorization. We do not guarantee that every submitted post will be accepted or published by TikTok.
6. Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes or when legal or platform requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update means the user accepts the updated terms.
